Give Five Orphan Girls Home And School

FUNDED May 16 2013 – Thank You!

At GreaterGood.org, we are proud to work with women like Baal Dan founder Tanya Pinto. Truly a citizen of the world, Tanya was born in India, raised in Dubai and Australia, and then moved to Dallas, Texas.

In 2006, this young woman founded “Baal Dan” (which means “Donation to Children”), a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of some of the world’s poorest children.

For more than six years, Tanya almost single-handedly ran Baal Dan with no staff and while working full-time. She personally researched and audited projects in India — and the nonprofit continues to use her rigorous standards to find and fund outstanding and diverse projects.

Through Tanya’s efforts, and those of countless volunteers, Baal Dan has provided aid to almost 3,000 children. In 2013, Tanya plans to expand the work of Baal Dan to help children in the United States, Pakistan, Zambia, South Africa, and Haiti.

We at GreaterGood are committed to helping visionaries like Tanya make their dreams of a better world come true.Your click today will help support education and more for children like those shown here:
