Baby Gorilla Meets A Tiny Deer At The Taipei Zoo In Taiwan
A curious baby gorilla living at the Taipei Zoo in Taiwan had the chance to meet a tiny deer and he loved it!
Ringo is part of the D'jeeco family of gorillas that live at the Taipei Zoo and they happen to have their very own YouTube channel so you can keep up with their day-to-day life.
In one adorable video, you can see little Ringo wandering around his enclosure until he spots the small deer, Muntjac.
The curious baby gorilla investigates and the two interact with one another from the comfort of a cave enclosure.
The deer seems unsure, but the gorilla is fascinated and even leans in to give the deer a tiny kiss! It's too cute!
Eventually, the deer wanders away and the baby gorilla goes back to his mama. It's really precious to see two animals of different species connect in such a special way.
We might see the occasional dog or cat befriend one another, or perhaps other species, like a dog and deer. However, this is the first time we've seen a deer and a gorilla make friends!
If you'd like to see that for yourself, be sure to check out the video below!
