Couple Claims Newborn They Adopted Was Sent From God

When Walt and Annie Manis decided to have a baby, they had no idea what was in store for them.

According to a production by Moving Works, the two grew up as a neighbors and their families were close.

Because of their large age gap, they didn't think much of each other. However, when they got older, they realized they had a lot in common and decided to get married.

One of the things they shared in common? The name they wanted to give their future daughter: Chloe.

For Annie, the name Chloe is one she wanted for her future daughter because she liked the name. But for Walt, the name was allegedly given to him by God. In the production, Walt recalls how when he was a kid, he had a vision from God of his daughter and her name was Chloe.

When Walt found out Annie wanted a daughter named Chloe, it seemed like destiny that they should end up together.

Some years after getting married, Walt and Annie decided they were ready to try for their own baby but they struggled to get pregnant. Months turned into years and after four long years had passed, Walt and Annie talked about adopting a baby instead.

Walt was opposed to the idea at first, but Annie convinced him to give adoption a chance. As soon as Walt met their future baby's biological mom, he knew it was all meant to be.

According to the production, Walt had seen the biological mom before in the vision from God that he had as a kid. She looked just like his daughter from that vision but a grown version! What's more? The biological mom wanted to name the baby Chloe!

It all seemed too coincidental. Walt and Annie feel their daughter came directly from God and that's a beautiful thing. Life works in such mysterious ways!
