Dad Sings Sweet Lullaby To Preemie In The NICU

Dad Sings Sweet Lullaby To Preemie In The NICU

Having a baby can be such an exciting and uplifting time, but when things don't go as planned, it can incredibly stressful.

Daniel Johnson recently went through a nerve-wracking time when his wife gave birth four months early! The baby was given a slim chance of survival, but its parents refused to give up hope.

Thanks to the neonatal intensive care unit, the baby, Remington Hayze Johnson, was able to pull through the first few days and that turned into weeks and eventually months!

After more than 2 months, Johnson was blown away and so thankful that his baby was still alive and making progress. He was recorded in the NICU holding his child and singing a lullaby, a praise song.

In the video, the layover text reads:

"That moment you're singing a worship song to your NICU baby and he raises his hands in worship."

He captioned the post: "Remington Hayze Johnson. Proof that God is faithful. Born 4 months early and given a 21% chance of survival. Today we are 2 1/2 months old giving God all the praise He deserves."
