Millions Have Been Dazzled by the Voice of Shania Twain, And This Dog Can't Resist Her Music Either!
"Looks like we made it
Look how far we've come, my baby
We mighta took the long way
We knew we'd get there someday
They said, 'I bet they'll never make it'
But just look at us holding on
We're still together, still going strong
You're still the one I run to
The one that I belong to
You're still the one I want for life
(You're still the one)
You're still the one that I love
The only one I dream of
You're still the one I kiss goodnight"
Just hearing these lyrics makes your heart long for more of Shania Twain's hit songs, from when she started her singing career to making it as the world's Queen of Country Pop music.

We also can't help but admire Shania Twain for being a great survivor. Just when she was at the top of the world, she started to lose her singing voice.
According to the Independent, this tragedy was caused by Lyme disease, which Twain contracted in 2003. Slowly, her voice began to disappear as a result of a tick bite. It was only when she consulted a neurologist that she discovered her vocal cords had suffered nerve damage due to the disease. Her condition required open-throat surgery, with her awake during the entire operation.
After the operation in 2018, Twain realized her voice had somewhat changed. “You can hear my raspy, airy, sexy voice now, it’s a very different voice,” she revealed on The Graham Norton Show. “It was a discovery [after surgery]. I can get really loud now. I won’t do it now, because I distort every microphone I have."
But Twain told the show's audience that she was really grateful that she was able to sing again. She had been so afraid of not being able to return to the music world or even cheering at a sports game to her heart's content.
Luckily, she was able to successfully come back with her latest album, "Queen of Me." Fans also went wild when she posted her "Waking Up Dreaming" performance for the reality show Starstruck on Instagram. Donning pink hair and a purple sequined mini-dress, people commented that she now looks more alluring even at 57.
But, there's someone else who's just as mesmerized by Shania Twain on Tiktok. The moment she hears her voice, she quickly gets up to dance around.
This adorable dog's name is Josie, and according to Tiktok user @BoJohnsoncomedy, she is Twain's biggest fan!

For more than 20 years now, I’ve been devoting my heart, energy, and time to fulfilling my dream, which – many people may agree – is not among the easiest aspirations in life. Part of my happiness is having been able to lend a hand to many individuals, companies, and even governments as an investigative journalist, creative writer, TV director, and radio broadcaster.
At home, I spend my free time learning how to cook various cuisines. Tiramisu, chocolate mousse, and banoffee pie are my favorite desserts. Playing with our dogs, Mushu and Jerusalem, is also a special part of my day. And, of course, I read a lot – almost anything under the sun. But what really makes me feel alive is meeting people from various walks of life and writing about their stories, which echo with the tears and triumph of an unyielding spirit, humanity, and wisdom.
