Basset Hound Teaches Little Puppy How To Use The Doggy Door

Just like babies, puppies have to learn about the world around them from experiences and from older, more mature people or pets.

When little Georgie was welcomed home as a puppy, the tiny basset hound puppy quickly turned to old Goose to show him the ropes.

Goose, an older and wiser basset hound, was more than happy to guide little Georige around and show him how things are done.

Their mom regularly shares videos of the two on TikTok, but there was one particular moment that really captured the hearts of people around the world.

In the clip, you can see patient Goose showing little Georige how to use the doggy door!

"Goose teaching Georgie how to use the dog door. He's such a sweet boy," she wrote in the caption.

In the clip, you can see Goose walk through the doggy door and Georgie tries to follow but doesn't understand how.

Goose patiently guides the tiny puppy to the door and shows him how to open it, but the little pup doesn't seem to understand. Goose doesn't give up and continues trying to show the sweet puppy how to use the doggy door. It's so cute!
