Kind Flight Attendant Sits With Woman Who's Terrified Of Flying
While flying in an airplane is generally safer than driving in a car, many people have an irrational fear of being up in the sky. Perhaps it's a fear or flights or a fear of the unknown, but flying is something that many people are terrified of.
Twitter user @BrothaManBlack1 was on a Delta flight from Charlotte, North Carolina to Queens, New York when he noticed an uncomfortable passenger who was struggling.
The woman was clearly terrified of flying and unsure of all the bumps and sounds that happen in a plane.
Sweetly enough, she was cared for by a very kind flight attendant who went out of his way to make sure she felt as secure as possible.
@BrothaManBlack1 shared about the touching moment in a tweet, saying: "Check out this gem of a flight attendant that was on our flight from CLT to JFK."
He explained that a woman was "so nervous about flying," so the flight attendant "explained every sound and bump and even sat here holding her hand when it still got to be too much for her."

The tweet included a photo of a moment when he sat by her and it's really something special. Not many people would go above and beyond like that to help someone feel more comfortable.
@BrothaManBlack1 ended the tweet saying, "@delta, Floyd Dean-Shannon deserves a raise!"
