Kitten season has begun and that means there are a lot more mouths to feed at shelters and rescues near and far.

They need our help to feed and care for the influx of kittens.

Thanks to your generous donations, Greater Good Charities' GOODS program sent a truckload of cat food to feed hundreds of shelter kittens in Romania.

The shelter, Tierhilfe Hoffnung e.V., is home to over 200 cats and most of them are kittens. The food donation is a big help and staff wasted no time in opening the canned food and giving it to the hungry kittens and cats.

They told us, "The cats were already eagerly waiting in their rooms and immediately started eating the nutritious meals."

The cats, staff, and volunteers send their thanks. "A thousand thanks from the bottom of our hearts to all the donors who help us to feed our shelter animals. The food donations relieve our workload and allow us to concentrate on our neutering and registration center. Because only large-scale neutering campaigns can prevent animal suffering in the form of unwanted kittens and puppies."

You have helped so many shelters near and far by donating to Greater Good Charities’ GOODS program. Animal shelters do their best to care for all the homeless pets. They need our help now more than ever as more pets arrive daily at shelters that are already full.
