The intelligent chihuahua mix was doing all she could but needed help. Thankfully, the dogs were spotted by a family passing by who stopped to rescue them.
The dogs arrived at Pups and Promises Rescue malnourished and filled with internal parasites. One of the puppies was not eating and vomiting.

The staff immediately started treatment and found a loving foster home for the dogs to recover in. They named mama "Willow" and since her three puppies were found in a tree, they named them Spruce, Alder, and Aster.
Thanks to your generous donations, the foster family is able to provide nutritious food and treats, soft beds, puppy pads, and chew toys for the sweet pups.

"Having a high-quality food while they were 'evicting' the intestinal parasites was essential for their sensitive little tummies," the rescue shared. "They know what time it is when they hear the bags, or see the super chews and they bark and bark until they get it!"

The puppies couldn't resist playing in the empty cardboard box.
After weeks of recovery and TLC, the puppies and Willow found loving homes!
