Italian Nonna Mesmerizes Kitten By Talking With Her Hands
Kittens are absolutely adorable and so fun to play with. One thing they all seem to love is attacking moving fingers and hands. You can simply hold your hand up and a kitten will lunge for your fingers.
Perhaps it's part of their natural predatory drive, or maybe they just want to have fun. Either way, it can make an easy game to play.
One kitten owner learned that the attack-the-fingers game isn't just something cats play when you're ready for them, but they can mistake casual, everyday movements for that game as well!
Instagram user @myprideandducks recently shared about that when her Italian nonna came to visit.
It's a stereotype that Italians talk with their hands a lot, and it seems Nonna fell into that. @myprideandducks filmed her talking while a little orange tabby kitten sat on her lap and the kitten was eyeballing her moving fingers the whole time!
The little kitten had such an intense stare, it was clear she was ready to pounce or play at any moment. Nonna seemed oblivious to the kitten's antics as she chatted and moved her hands about.
The moment was both endearing and hilarious to watch.
