Over 70 Shelter Dogs Fly to Freedom in New Jersey on Mission: PAWssible Flight
Andrea Powell
You accepted our mission to help save the lives of over 70 shelter dogs in overcrowded Louisiana and Alabama shelters by flying them to freedom in New Jersey.
Mission complete.
Hours before the sun rose on May 20, staff and volunteers from the sending shelters and Greater Good Charities' Good Flights team loaded the dogs onto the plane.

It landed a few hours later in New Jersey where the dogs were greeted by smiling faces and carefully transported back to their new shelters.
These precious dogs of all ages and breeds will get the second chance they deserve, and they send their thanks with endless kisses and tail wags.

St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center took in dozens of dogs, including Peyton and her ten puppies.

Other dogs like Snoopy, a senior Jack Russell, are already listed on the shelter's site under adoptable dogs. The shelter shared some great news that some of the dogs are already pending adoption.

Thank you for helping save lives by donating to our monthly Flight to Freedom. We are already planning June's flight that will save dozens more.
