Teen With Special Needs Gets Treated Like A Princess On Prom Night

Everyone should have the chance to be treated like a prince or princess, and that's exactly what the Tim Tebow Foundation works for on occasion.

Recently, a teen with special needs had the time of her life when she was spoiled with a special prom night!

The experience was part of the foundation's Night to Shine, "a complimentary event for people with special needs hosted by local churches around the world."

According to the website, Night to Shine offers teens 14 years of age and older a "prom night experience" that features "red carpet entrance, limousine rides, dancing, karaoke, gifts," and more.

Each event also features "a crowning ceremony where every honored guest will receive a crown or tiara." The teen's reaction to getting a tiara was so touching to witness.

Her reaction is truly something special and goes to show why work like this is so important.

The Tim Tebow Foundation shared a video of the night on Twitter with the caption: "Moments like this are why we are so passionate about Night to Shine."
