Otter Asks Woman To Scratch His Head In Adorable Viral Video

An adorable video has gone viral that shows a little otter asking a woman to scratch his head.

The video was shared on YouTube and you can see the otter using his paws to demonstrate what it is he wants!

The otter has big glistening eyes and shaky paws as he shows the woman how to pet or scratch his head, before asking her to do it for him. It's so cute!

Once it was posted online, it wasn't long before the comments started pouring in. People couldn't get over how precious the clip is!

"The sounds... The shaky paw... The big teary eyes... This is literally my favorite video on the internet and I watch it regularly," one person commented. Another wrote, "If you dont pet him, then you dont deserve to have hands."

Others commented in amazement at how smart the otter appeared!

According to Business Insider, otters are one of the smartest species on the planet. Business Insider wrote: "We're starting to realize how smart otters really are. They know how to play basketball. They know how to stack cups, They know how to use rocks to open clams. This type of tool use is exceptionally rare in animals. An otter at the Seattle Aquarium even knows how to use an inhaler. And most importantly, they've mastered vending machines."
