Pet Otter Gently Carries His Favorite Toy Around The House

When most people think of loving, cuddly pets, they imagine animals like dogs or cats. Some people might even venture further to say bunnies or perhaps rodents like rats and hamsters.

I doubt many people would picture an otter when thinking of a pet at all, but a woman in Japan managed to legally purchase two otters as pets and now she shares her experience with them on social media.

In a recent adorable video, you can see one of the otters, Kotaro, rediscovering his favorite toy. The toy was given to him several years ago and he went through phases of playing with it, though it remained his favorite over the years.

In the video, you can see Kotaro holding the little toy in one paw while exploring the house. He even holds the toy as he climbs stairs, being ever so careful not to let go!

It's really something special to see how much care Kotaro seems to have for his toy.

Kotaro and his otter sibling Hana have been in the spotlight for years with their popular YouTube channel which boasts more than 1.6 million followers.

After seeing Kotaro interact with his toy, it's easy to see why so many people fall in love and keep coming back to see more!
