Krystina and Lala continue to risk their lives to save innocent animals left behind in war-torn Ukraine. During one of their rescue missions, they discovered a puppy alone in a destroyed home. 

With a lot of patience and food bribes, they were able to capture him. This was right before winter in a bombed village where he would not have survived on his own. 

Krystina took him back to Under the Sun Shelter where thanks to your continued support he was fed and given the necessary vaccinations. 

Each day he grew stronger and larger. The sweet boy dreamed what all shelter dogs dream of - a loving home. His dream finally came true when a family in Germany adopted him. 

He made the journey to his new home where he is living his best life.

His days are now spent running around his backyard, going on adventures with his family, and snuggling. 

He is one of the lucky ones who was given a second chance and found a family of his own. There are hundreds more waiting at the shelter for their person.
