I rescued a Chihuahua from a bad environment the day she was born. She had been left outside in the cold month of January during a Canadian winter.

Later, I rescued two beautiful dogs from Morocco. They were extremely skinny, and one of them had a broken leg that never healed properly. My veterinarian wanted to amputate it, but I chose not to because he runs on it all the time without issue.
