Every day countless stray animals die of starvation and injury while new ones are born into the already overpopulated streets. It's a dire situation in many countries.
Millions of homeless dogs and cats are struggling to survive and live short, difficult lives on the streets.

Most are malnourished, while others are suffering from untreated injuries and illnesses. These poor animals are searching for scraps of food wherever they can find them, including at the local dump.

Their hairless and scarred bodies tell their sad stories. Litters of puppies and kittens continue to be born in this harsh life, but the odds of survival are slim.

Greece and Romania have some of the largest stray animal populations in the world. The animals are often viewed as a nuisance and mistreated or due to lack of animal welfare laws are abandoned to fend for themselves.

Refugee camps are overflowing with dogs and cats and while the residents do their best to help them, they simply cannot afford medical care for them.

With your support, Greater Good Charities is working with partners in Greece, Romania, and other countries with high stray populations to provide nutritious food, medical care, and reduce the number of strays through spay and neuter.

Animals worldwide all deserve and want the same thing - to be loved and cared for.
This cycle of suffering must end and that starts with proper care of the existing animals and then preventing more through spay and neuter.

Your donations will help save lives and show the homeless dogs and cats that someone cares. Donate today.
