I recently wrote a review giving 5 starts for the bags themselves, but did state they came with a strong plastic odor. The odor went away completely after they aired out and I am happy with the purchase. Regardless, customer service reached out and offered a refund. I appreciate these reviews are monitored and that customer service is proactive. I want to clarify that I only mentioned the odor so others aren’t surprised, and that it does go away. The bags themselves appear to be good quality.
