River Cities Humane Society for Cats is a nonprofit, no-kill cat shelter serving Northeast Louisiana since 1992. We have rescued, cared for, and adopted out more than 14,000 cats and kittens, each one receiving food, medical care, and love until they find their forever family. Most of our cats come to us as strays or from families facing hardships, and we also provide a safe haven for pets whose owners can no longer care for them.

With the support of our community, donors, and volunteers, we remain committed to giving every cat a second chance at a happy life because every cat deserves a home.
