Thank you for submitting to GreaterGood! By submitting you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Your pictures, video, audio and text will always be yours.
When you submit your story, all of the materials you submit including the photos, video, audio, or text you send may be published, edited, reproduced, or made into a derivative work to be shared in any form on any of GreaterGood’s sites.

Your original works will be credited. You retain ownership of your original work. GreaterGood retains ownership of any derivate works created from it by GreaterGood and does not lose said ownership if you sell your content after granting GreaterGood permission to use it.

2. When You Send us Content You Agree:

• You are 18 or older.
• The content is yours to share.
• There are no third-party claims on the content.
• There is no libel contained within the content.
• The content does not impinge on anyone’s rights or privacy.
• The content is truthful and comes from your own experiences.
• The content does not contain any hate speech

3. Indemnification.
You will defend and hold GreaterGood harmless against any liabilities, losses, or claims stemming from the use of your name or submission. If you don’t want to be on our websites, don’t send us your content!

4. Your content will help support our causes.
However, you are not entitled to any compensation for your submission or its reproduction.

5. Sharing additional content.
If you shared your Social Media URL(s) in the submission form, you acknowledge that you have granted GreaterGood full access and permission to use video, photos, and other media found on your social media account(s). As noted above, GreaterGood will always credit you.

6. Terms of Service.
You agree to our general Terms of Service.
