The Animal Rescue Site has stood with the people and pets of Ukraine since the first days of war, delivering aid where it’s needed most. As the crisis continues, the need to rescue, vaccinate, and provide care for the animals of Ukraine is greater than ever. Families and their animals are being displaced daily. Dogs and cats are left behind on the shifting frontlines, desperate for food, safety, and care.
Risking her life, she rescues animals from active war zones in Ukraine and brings them to safety at her shelter in Podilsk, Under the Sun, where they are sterilized, vaccinated, and given a chance at a loving home. Hundreds of dogs are now in her care — and the calls for help never stop.
To sustain her life-saving work, Greater Good and The Animal Rescue Site is proud to announce our support and stewardship of her shelter going forward, ensuring more animals can be fed, rescued, and spared from the brutal hardships of war.
