Send urgent relief to 500 Ukrainian families in war-torn areas as we approach the cold winter months. For every $50 donation, a free blanket will be provided to a family in need.

While many families have fled to neighboring countries to escape the shelling and aerial attacks, many more remain stranded at home, where buildings are crumbling, electricity is often unavailable, infrastructure has been destroyed, and missile strikes continue.

Those who remain on the frontlines need your help more than ever. You can help provide relief for these brave Ukrainians with your donation to our Relief Kit Drive. Each kit includes staple foods for people and pets as well as many hygiene essentials. If you give now, for every $50 donated, we'll give an extra blanket with the packs!

GreaterGood has been active in Ukraine since the beginning of the Russian invasion providing critical funding and support to help with the immediate needs of the people and pets in impacted areas. Now, Ukrainians face the threat of the coming below freezing temperatures, which will be even more dangerous given the severe damage to infrastructure. While temperatures fall, people in destroyed villages find themselves without access to adequate heat and unable to get many essentials due to disrupted supply chains. Greater Good Charities is committed to the long-term support of Ukrainian people and their pets to help ensure they have what they need.

You can help us reach our goal of serving 500 families. Give now.

Updates from the Field

September 2024: Greater Good Charities has been working with the organization DTCare to distribute hygiene kits throughout areas in need across Ukraine. DTCare recently handed these necessities out to residents in Zorya, Partyzanske, and Blahodatne, as well as humanitarian hubs in Kherson, where they say they had a close call with Russian drones. One of these hubs was targeted soon after they left.

As of their latest update, DTCare was still working to distribute 140 kits, but 582 had already been delivered.

Not everyone is safe and warm this winter

And this was a great way to share my good fortune. I've sent blankets (through "buy one/give one" and direct donations), and it's one of my favorite ways to support folks in Ukraine. I particularly appreciate that the blankets have been made by Ukrainians to generate income for employee families as well as going to their neighbors. Thanks!

The Very Least I Could Do

Since me and mine have a roof over our heads and know where our next meal is coming from, I feel like this is the very least
I can do. Merry Christmas everyone.
