Cat Left Puzzled After Poodle Gets A Short Haircut

Cat Left Puzzled After Poodle Gets A Short Haircut

One of the things that many people do these days is get a makeover. They do it so they look different and feel better about themselves.

This doesn't seem to translate quite as well when it comes to the animal kingdom. After all, when a dog went in for a grooming appointment, the cat couldn't figure it out when he got home.

If you've ever seen a toy poodle before, you probably recognized the grooming before you recognized anything else. They have hair similar to ours, and it is very curly.

A poodle requires almost constant maintenance to keep their hair looking good. Brushing on a daily basis is essential, but having it trimmed or clipped on occasion is going to be necessary as well.

However, when they sent this poodle off to the groomer, I don't think that even he was expecting such a transformation. He just seemed to stare off into the distance, perhaps wondering where his beautiful locks had gone.

What is even funnier is the way that the family cat reacts. It's almost as if he doesn't recognize his best friend because he sits and strokes the dog with a puzzled look on his face.

The cat may be concerned about the new look, but he should also get used to it. This poodle is going to be trimmed on a regular basis, so this is the new look.

If you want to see the reaction of the cat for yourself, you can see it in the video on YouTube here.

I love to write and it keeps me busy. I've been working online, full time since 1999. When you can't find me at the keyboard, you'll find me getting as much as I can out of life. I enjoy living simply, playing games, visiting the beach, and spending time with my family.

James and his blind brother, William, were found abandoned on the street when they were just four weeks old. James was born with one blind eye that started to cause him discomfort. Over time, that eye became increasingly painful and irritated. James is the seeing-eye cat for his brother, making his condition even more urgent to treat.
