I haven’t used this item yet, but would return it if I didn’t have to pay return shipping. Photos show 2 doggie cones with lids, but I only received one. I called to inquire and was told that this item is a single unit. For the $21.95 retail price (and $10.99 sale price), I expect more. Representative was not friendly and didn’t offer any solutions (such as page description correction). I realize this is for charity, but I have TWO rescue puppies and like many, am on a fixed income. BUYER BEWARE.
