I could not figure out how the snaps went. I thought it was like the envelope like the picture. Nope im like what heck?

I thought this item was like a little purse that you snap open and tuck in your mask. Buyer beware. Look at all of the photos (I did not because from the picture of the item I thought it was pretty straight forward. I ordered both patterns. You have to put your mask in and roll it up. It makes no sense and definitely will not work well with a cloth mask with a clip. I called customer service and got a refund (they were excellent).

This holder is not as it seems, I thought it would be similar to an envelope that you could slide your masks in and snap close. Nothing like that....instead you get a long plastic thing with 2 flaps on the back and 2 snaps that don’t match up at all. One is at the left top on back and for some odd reason the other smaller one is on the front! Makes absolutely no sense! Still haven’t figured out how to close it even looking a pics on web sight. Guess you might try to fold it in thirds, but if you have a few masks in there it will not bend well. I wanted something to carry a few masks in my purse and then a second one for used masks. A very weird product....only reason I did not return is that proceeds do help animals, so just kept it and use it open, which has been ok, a couple of masks will stay under the 2 flaps. 🤷‍♀️
