I really like the bag overall. It holds a lot of stuff - maybe too much! I overloaded it for a trip to NY with a water bottle and an umbrella. It was too heavy but held up great. I suggest tying a knot in the shoulder strap if you are wearing it on one shoulder though. That seems to help distribute the weight for some reason. The phone pocket on the strap is useless with today's phones but a great place to hold tissues. Anything else will slide out when you lay the bag down. A few more interior pockets would make this bag perfect. It does get hard to dig out small items.
