L.A. shelters are desperately overcrowded, putting pets' lives in danger
The wildfires that ravaged California earlier this year has resulted in even more animals being surrendered due to lack of housing and finances to care for them.
The shelters were already at or over capacity and are now urgently seeking support. Highly adoptable cats and dogs are at risk due to the growing strain on space and resources.
That's why - with your support - The Animal Rescue Site and Greater Good Charities are conducting an emergency flight to save nearly 90 shelter animals and fly them to freedom.
On June 25, shelter cats and dogs from L.A. and Orange County will board the Flight to Freedom and head to the Pacific Northwest to find loving homes.
We need YOUR help now! Sending these animals from under-resourced shelters to shelters with empty spaces will give them a second chance at life AND the adoption they deserve.
Donate today and help save lives! Just $10 helps cover the fuel costs of flying a pet 250 miles towards safety.
