Tiny malnourished Aemond was found alongside a rural road. His eyes were so severely infected that he was blinded and completely helpless.

Once rescued, Aemond was given fluids and several rounds of antibiotics to treat his infection. Thankfully, this care helped him regain vision in one of his eyes, but he will need surgery to remove the eye that has permanently lost vision in order to prevent further infection.
