Dobi was born on the streets alongside his littermates, noticeably smaller and weaker than the rest. Over time, he grew more withdrawn and eventually developed lameness in his hind legs while his siblings grew to nearly twice his size.
After months of unclear answers, specialists confirmed advanced metabolic bone disease. Dobi has multiple fractures across his limbs, spinal deformities, and dangerously low calcium levels. His hind legs need to be stabilized with splints, and ongoing treatment to give him a fighting chance at walking again.
