So, I have a big cat who recently had a medical issue and yes, he wore the cone, and he didn't seem too comfortable even though it was a nicer one made of cloth.
So, when I saw this one, I had to order it because there's always another reason to need one around the corner. I have a big cat but he has a tiny neck, so I ordered the small one. When it arrived, I easily slipped it over his head and tightened the draw string slightly. It fit him perfectly. He wasn't annoyed or bothered by it at all. He didn't try to fight it and pull it off like he did with the cone. He simply sat there almost smiling and I think he would have no problem wearing it long term if needed. I think it will work perfectly next time its needed. I would recommend giving it a try.
